There is nothing good working with this company if anyone has not worked in edtech.
Dislikes
Many dislikes including no work-life balance like here 9 hr job is just in paper. Otherwise you have to give more than 11-12 hrs. They will not appreciate your efforts whatever you do. But if you get any sale they will remember you that day only. Management is very bad here. They don't give respect that you can notice while giving interview here. If anyone is more interested in sales and this edtech that person can join. Otherwise , you still have one chance to think again before coming here. One more thing, here they play one dirty game which is known as lop deduction. They will deduct your salary with no strong cause and will make you work like a slave. Can't remember anything likeable just that I got job during corona pandemic.

No job security at all, no limited time of work (12.5 hours in my case), constant mocking in front of all the employees in every meeting, TL calling you 6-7 times a day plus manager also calls 2-3 times for putting you under pressure, HR has no control, management system has problems, no offs on weekend, you have to work on holidays, no restricted holidays, 4 offs a month which can be cancelled if you are not performing well and if you resign you don't get paid for the last days you worked (I didn't get 15 days salary, they stopped responding) and I can go on writing list won't end....Read More
