There is nothing to like, No washroom facility on shop floor, if u r suffering from loose motion u have to apply leave, no I card is providing by company, your senior will abuse you in front of workers, Most of the staff members are there due to ladies worker you can understand 😂 , your senior will ask you to bring cigarette and gutkha for him in the company and you have to, there is no area for your work every area is yours if your senior want, and if ur work will be good ur senior will be appreciated and if bad u will be abused, you have to work in 12 hours shift after 1 month of joining u can not say no otherwise you have to fiered. 10 baje raat ko shift end hota hai Bahar NH tak paidal aao Aur maje ki baat agar thand rhi to koi public transport nhi milegi aapko yahan tak ki garmi me bhi transport ki dikkat hoti hai NH tak pahunchte 11 baj jate hain, aur subah 6 baje aapko company me punch karna hota hai thand me bahut maja aata hai jab koi auto nhi milta hai tab aur sabse achhi baat management ko ghanta fark nhi padta hai, banki sab badhiya hai All the best For your joining....Read More

As An engineer or Sr engineer you have to drive 🚜 tractor, operate crane and you have to pull trolley, health insurance ka paisa salary se deduct hoga hai lekin jab claim lene jaoge to card block milega joining ke time MNC wali feeling aayegi 3-4 din me lagega pichhli company hi sahi thi fir aap ke pass koi option nhi bachega jab tak koi job mil na jata hai
