System is very good but implwmwntation is not good for healthy environment everyone just bypassing the system that's why lot of pressure will faced in front of management and the question of management is absolutely right they demands from your what system is allowing and capable for output but from ppc to finishing the support is on roughpapers not on soft system where each process owner can access information and further plan can do for target achievement but this is total failure ob each stage it's a process owner respinsubility to collect material from other starion to his area which has 60℅ time loss of target failure if every one has perform his respibsubility then avon is best for every one I think major cause is management just required target achievement in specific time and machines whuch failwd due to first of all every process owner has to waste minimum 2 hour for planning recived from ppc then search that material in whole plant alsoaterial will not layed at one place it will layed so many places and it's your liability to collect and process on time this is the big task if owner will search material and process each owner has to transfer all next process material to stage but it's not in culture of avon...Read More

Neither the staff in the company is good nor the salary is good nor the benefits are good. Everyone keeps fighting with each other. They keep quarreling and there is no good response from anywhere in the entire company.Whenever they feel like it, they fire anyone from the company. The environment of the company is very bad. The condition of the machines is very bad. The paint is not good. These are very old machines. They are getting worn out. They do not like any retirement work. No policy is good. No cleanliness is good. Nothing is good. They are just running everything by applying oil like this.Neither does anyone respect his post, nor does anyone respect his senior, nor does anyone respect his junior, they say whatever comes to their mind.Every team is so rubbish, the company is so rubbish.
