During my tenure at CareerNet Consulting, there were certain aspects that I found challenging. One particular situation arise during the recession when the company requested me to go on unpaid long leave. While I understood the circumstances, it was a difficult time for me personally. Months later, they mentioned a potential opportunity that I could explore. I eagerly followed up on it, hoping for a positive outcome. However, despite my efforts and anticipation, I did not receive any response or clarity regarding the opportunity. If you are looking for a job where you can just fulfill the targets then it's good place to work at.

It's a great place to work, if you know how to do buttering your way up. If you are an introvert or someone who is mostly hesitant to speak about their contribution or someone who doesn't know how do stupid small talks with manager/supervisor/team lead then this place is not for you. To be able to survive here u just need to keep giving expected numbers(sourcing). And to achieve something bigger in terms of getting good opportunities or handling client or requirement, then you need to have good connection or ability to do buttering. I have always been truthful to my work and never bothered about people, i always helped everyone no matter what. But it will never be enough in corporate I guess. I've always been tested for my patience, I've always made to ask for everything I deserved here. Good work environment and cule. Teammates are supportive and mangement is trasnsparet. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company politics are good, appraisals ate fair and they good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There qa bond of 2 yearw before which you cannot resign. Or the job training is not given to new joinees.

There are too many cons about this company. 1 . Too much drama saying they don't have business everytime it's appraisal period. 2. They act as if they are doing us a favor by employing us. 3. Managers and supervisors are not at supportive. 4. Regional favouritism is high. 5. Unprofessional HR team. 6. No promotions even thoughyou are high performer. 7. Managers will have their own favourites and just bucketing them is very much important. 8. You cannot question your manager not their favourite person, whether your work is getting hampered by that Or they are dominating you. You should not raise your voice or concern. If you do so they will start saying your performance is not upto the mark and that person is your senior and you should respect that person. 9. Calls will not be answered even if it's an emergency, they get back to you at their own sweet time. 10. If it's work from home don't expect your manager to login, they will be busy with their household work for which the company is paying. It goes on........Read More

Initially it was very good and had great journey with CareerNet and learnt alot from my team and managern

Lot of internal politics, they make us to work on holidays and leaves No proper logout timings make us to work till late night 8.30pm 9pm they provide compoff's
