Training was excellent for a month ,learned all the things required to be an HR and that helped me very much but but....

Dislikes

Too much of pressure Team lead (Priyanka)was worst and literally targetting freshers and was enjoying to report if we couldn't reach the target each day. The condition was so fake like i had given a selection once and suddenly I became a good employee and everyone appreciated my efforts and next day again I became a bad employee. Then I decided this is not working and revolted back and then successfully took my revenge in every stage and she came down a step and started being friends with me .so then also on and off she used to fight with me like Tom and Jerry ,i found it stupid and just left the job .so I don't want to blame the company but maximum employees like me are facing the same situation ,so wait for another 3/4 months and search a good job rather than going to this company and facing my situation ( Bangalore -bellandur location) particularly ,just be aware....Read More

The pressure that is put on an fresher is not at all cool and team i was put in pressurised me like an hell and work life balance is zero and finally stay away from careernet for good health both physical and mental health I mean.

Dislikes

Not safe for women who do not know to bend their heads in front of the lurking vultures. Management loves white face women. Ladies need to be standing next to the team leads cabin as much as possible. Latecomers women with team leads can become next-in-line team leads with no sense of Formal behavior. Pathetic.
