CareerLabs as a company has not and will not default on employee pay in terms of salary. Since the company is restructuring towards profitability, there are some delays. Communication is key and we ensure all employees are updated on the status of payouts if there is a delay and regular all hands meeting also ensures that information is passed on regularly. As an education company, we have to work when students are available and hence the work on weekends becomes part of how we serve students and achieve our mission.
