I have worked with this fir for gud 2 tenure, their you can learn a lot. If you really want to make a mark in recruitment industry then it's the place to work. But if you can't handle pressure then you need to think twice. They are working with almost all the top brands in IT and Non IT. Managers and founder want completion of work within time after that they don't care what you do what you don't.

Dislikes

They should increase more training program to upgrade their employees, and include some time to time fun activities for employees. Rest this place is best to learn n grow.

There is totaly political environment, No Work life balance, less encrement, very bad HR support to new employees. I worked 2+ years but did not get my Appointment letter, Role and resposibility and official work timing is 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, but everyday I was called 8:30 / 9:00 AM and order to stay till 6:30 PM, There is no Trust, no training for learning and growth.

Totaly political environment, no work life balance, less encrement, no trust, bad HR, no learning environment, no employee welfare activities, no travel, many times employee are bonded to work personal work. VERRY BAD ENVIRONMENT FOR NEW JOINEE WHETHER THEY ARE EXPERIENCED OR NEW, NOTHING IS MATTER.

Would like to say that only its not a good work place because company cant give you your Appointment letter whats your role and responsibility whether they are paying salary to you but they are not offered you as an employee. Please be care and then join
