From day 1 I pushed myself to spend minimum 1 year. Not even a single day i felt good. All are so workaholic. No fun activities. Lot of politics. Only those who can be managers chela can survive in this Company. You wont be given any KT also to start with. No process they follow. They expect new joiners also to work like as if you are working f9r that project since years. They degrade your performance. Team is pathetic. Work is more pathetic. Pathetic work pathetic manager. He'll lot of politics. Knowledge won't recognized here. You need to be manager slave to survive that everyone is not good at. So think before joining this Company. Initial days it may be nice f9r few but as days passes you will know how pathetic.

It definitely has to be the work life balance. The pressure is relatively low in the department I was part of. The people are friendly.

Dislikes

I was part of 3 teams (which are pretty similar), and there was barely any work. Not going breaking. And most of the roles seem like a dead end. Could not see myself grow in that company.
