I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Only like is, the company is very vast and the infrastructure is good.

Dislikes

There are many dislikes. Team is not supportive. You won't get respect from your seniors. You won't be trained. You are expected to work 3-4 peoples work. No proper delegation of work responsibilities. No guidance on company policies from manager. No proper payroll setup. In short you will be left sole responsible for everything without giving any training/KT.

It definitely has to be the work life balance. The pressure is relatively low in the department I was part of. The people are friendly.

Dislikes

I was part of 3 teams (which are pretty similar), and there was barely any work. Not going breaking. And most of the roles seem like a dead end. Could not see myself grow in that company.
