Although the pandemic is still multiplying but during the lock down our team and management were very supportive and energetic in their work. Cardin has provided PPE like sanitizer, face mask, hand gloves to its employees and followed the numb of social distancing recommended by Govt. It replaced Tea with Herbal drink recommended by AYUSH ministry. Cardin regularly sanitizes its working premises.

Skill development - Good
Job security - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Compensation and growth is slow. Manager never analyse independent strength and weakness and hardly recognizes employees work effort.

Promotions - Poor

I am Working as HR-Executive in CARDIN. Here i am handling all kind of activities related to HR domain.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
