Too Much pros like Great Company Culture, Work Life balance, Good Benefits like leaves, medical help etc. Too much new in initiatives took by company in this pandemic time like corona leaves, caregiver leaves, Family health insurance, compensation while any calamity, Covid tool kit, Covid emergency number for any issues. Great Leave Policy

Dislikes

A few Cons which I feel as a QA that both the QA and the working documented process both like negligible, Also there is no skill development program driven by company. Note - Company is focusing to hire new talent which is good but not stepping up there old employees with multiple training and development programs. Also Huge salarydifferentiation between New and Old same level experience employees where as Old employees are getting very low salary and not matching with the current market standards....Read More

Freelancing - Should it be a secret for the employer ?

I have recently landed a couple of offshore freelance jobs as a PM. These remote offeres were way too interesting and high paying to let them go. So, I took them. Do I let my employer know about this ? Would this be considered moonlighting? If I need to hide this from my employer, what are the things that I need to be careful of ?
