There is nothing good about this company, worst experience to work here, management is not at all supportive, they treat employees like animals

Everything, starting from the guard who you will see when you will enter the office will look at you like you are a criminal to your desk which will always be untidy to the co-workers ans they do not hire good people as they do not want to spend more to the food they give in cafeteria which is of worst quality to HR which will neverhave time to heae your concern to the management who is not at all supportive and will treat you like an animal to the shifts which are of 6 days with rotational offs to the work which is really pathetic, monotonous and nothing new to learn....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
