Good team, HO team is good. They will not show bossism, they guide properly, we will learn things what to do and what not to do. Overall work culture is good. But incentive is not there here. Appraisal is not upto the mark. They support with new products. Travel & food allowance is good. On job work, skill, time mgmt training will provide by company.
