My colleuges are pretty good. They helped me a lot to learn everything regarding operations going on in the plant. I have been working in coal tar distillation plant as a chemical engineer. Its a pretty good company and it is a growing company as well. It is the first indian company where ECA plant installation is going on. It is also one of the largest carbon paste electrode company of India. A brand new plant is under construction in Bobbili, Andhra Pradesh. Salary is good for the begineers. But I dont know about increments. Work environment is not so good here. Otherwise it is a good company....Read More

Colleuges are not so good. Here people are ready to put responsibilities on others shoulder. MD sir must have see the lifestyle of engineers and should give them more facilities rather to cut their money.

Work Details

I am an chemical engineer in coal tar distillation plant where we make coal tar medium hard pitch from coal tar partially distilled (CTPD) and crude coal tar (CCT) by the process of distillation. We distilled CTPD and CCT in horizontal distillation tanks.
