Better thing about caratlane is they provide knowledge and try to improve skills.

No personal life after joining caratlane.they want there jc to be perfect as a robot..Till last year caratlane was the best place to work but now too much pressure and no professional growth they always hire people from outside but dont want to give growth to own employees. May be caratlane is better for people who are sitting on better position but for jc Or manager they are making it more hard to work. They are paying really less as per there expectations and store work. Parameters are so high and they want us to give 12 hrs to company but dont want to pay incentives....Read More

Good work atmosphere, manager and TL are fully supportive on workwise, Office location in the main city was easy to access to my home, Fully supportive during a pandemic,

Growth is very slow, Only the same person is getting the growth opportunity, whereas newcomers are not getting any chance for growth. Salary is low compared to market value week off is only 6 per month, which effects the personal life, no fixed week off The hiring process is not Good, eg, not hiring a good candidate.

After the change in management, the company has changed completely. Right now nobody takes suggestion and only criticises lower employees. Lot of attrition is happening and will continue to happen.

This caratlane mostly store is frenchise, so there is very less of chance of growth in the company, there is no any PF facility, no any gratuity facilities no any leaves encashment very low insurance amount provided, and caratlane currently male shirt colour is very disappointing seems a female colour so very dissatisfied for theseall issues. There is many staffs are moving to other company because of these lackings. And many staff is also in the exit line....Read More
