Caratlane is one of the Most Intellectual Company I have worked with So far , there is So much Clarity of Deliverables & key metrics to them . The Kind Of Data points that is been looked at makes your Work simple. It gives you complete Clarity as where is the Pain point to focus on , So that You improve Your own KPI & Achieve the Company' Goal too.

Dislikes

Office Location At Andheri should be Placed in More connected Area near a Metro Station. It will benefit lot of Employee. Though Company is too Data centric , I would want them to give some Freedom to Take risk on basis of Ones Experience .

I work in Operations team

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
