Flexible working hours, Scope to learn explore and grow, Team is energetic, people around are welcoming and helpful

1. Low appraisals and poor increments. 2. Lot of politics and favorism. 3. Work balance is not defined. 4. KRAs are not properly defined. 5. Poor employee policies like discounts, travels, comp off, encashment, trainings etc.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
