Great work culture and work life balance. People are nice, little to no micromanagement, Employees are given freedom in terms of how they want to complete a certain task. But things are changing after leadership changes after tital (TATA) takeove.

Dislikes

Upper management (top leadership), especially after titan takeover, company is taking decision where employee focus is less and business focus is more.

No work life balance No support for sales team by regional team's Need to adjust week off every time HR team never help after hiring they just ignore you calls You are only rated on one parmetre POP Don't join caratlane if you like to have good work life balance Company culture has been destroyed by new management

Nothing is there in Caratlane as of now, there are lot of politics going on in Caratlane also there is no further learning, you can survive only if you are bootlicker. There was one Manager(Ajay) he who supports North Indian people based on that only you will get the ratings, worst fellow. There is a many process which people can learn esiliy at ground level

This caratlane mostly store is frenchise, so there is very less of chance of growth in the company, there is no any PF facility, no any gratuity facilities no any leaves encashment very low insurance amount provided, and caratlane currently male shirt colour is very disappointing seems a female colour so very dissatisfied for theseall issues. There is many staffs are moving to other company because of these lackings. And many staff is also in the exit line....Read More
