There is no proper finance person to head & lead the team in terms of decision making. Controllership people don't know how to take interviews & hire the rite candidates based on their knowledge & profiles. For Manager level he least bothered to ask technical questions. After getting hired from the team some managers are seeking tra ining from juniors regarding the journal entries and other technical things related to accounting. And being the Head Person he doesn't know how to protect the team and value them being senior, he seeks to protect himself in his own way . There is a lack of plan & back up work to put the rite numbers in oracle software. Oracle live becomes a joke in finance and all books show the wrong numbers. Senseless hiring in finance , lots of CAs lots of managers getting hired but they don't know abt the basics and JD's. Politics, pathetic culture and no work satisfaction<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. As the finance personnel do not provide a chance to their team members to outshine</mark>.instead of hiring lots of managers would have given chance to rite members to handle those things at rite time. Lack of visibility and growth for finance people there. The HR team doesn't worry abt the team and culture in the works. When a hired manager is not capable of producing or sharing the appropriate report to team members given negative feedback on them means call should be taken immediately to remove them from the job immediately as co is not doing any charity there. Job discrimination in comparison to highest salary manager person and lowest salary junior level person.And work burden will be more on lowest salary junior person. And some of the team members don't have qualified Bcom to work in finance and directly reporting to the controller as it is quite surprising and few members are coming to the office everyday and reporting to their immediate supervisor but few members does long WFH and rarely coming to ofc to walk in like new joiner to office not getting questions from any one and even from HR team. Due to these failures led to so many resignations over the last couple of months and many more to come soon only because of these people in the system....Read More
