Nothing to like...just do job and go home...no fix time when you get ca for concall. Cheap mentality and very cheap working...always required growth if not than search new job

Wrost management. no one have any vision what to do...only do the business in growth...no ang motivation ..planning...nothing to discuss...every time job security issue...very pathetic atmosphere...so much pressure...and very hard pressure..

Nothing is good at capri Global . Proper training is not provided the B.M comes to the office at 3-4 pm till that time he relax at the home or enjoy his stuff. .. B.M never support his team & he just tell what is in the business .

1. I still not get my F&F after due date + after 37 days, I think their Exit team is not able to calculate simple F&F calculation. 2. I got On duty major accident and implant 2 rode in leg but I didn't receive 1 (single rupee) from company as compensation.
