Better work environment with supportive senior managers. And also better cooperation with the colleague. They provide nice food too and cafeteria also a better place to discuss about day to day activities and fun. Overall experience is great.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Capital via is a healthy work environment, healthy work life balance, and to gain good experienced and knowledge which gives a huge opportunity for a career growth and also the senior management is also involved on floor but they are so supporting and always ready to help this we can not find in max. companies.

I havent found. There is no company or firm who does not have any dislikes but what matters is the perspective so capital via has more pros then cons which can be easily ignored or we can easily neglect .
