Likes: Management and seniors are really helpful. One can learn and explore various technology if s/he is dedicated enough. The people in the company are nice. There are no office politics. Culturally, this is a good place to be.
Dislikes: <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">Annual salary hikes are on the average/low side</mark>. I would suggest the management to look into that. This certainly boosts the morale of the people working hard here. Apart from this, all looks fine for now. No one know the future :)

Dislikes: There is no job security. They ask me to resign after one project done. Told me that You are in bench resource and Due to recession out side India we don't have project to allocate you. So CN can't pay you. It's not happen only to me but others also. They were doing bulk hiring and firing employees simultaneously.
