This is my third company where I have been working for the last 2 years. Based on my previous experience I would like to that it is one of the best companies in Kolkata as an IT professional. The work environment is excellent, and the employees are very friendly and supportive. Management is also good, they listen and always ready to help. Flexible working time so easily balance professional and personal life. There are opportunities to improve skills and manager is always on hand where needed. Here is a chance to upgrade skill and earn extra money by working as a freelancer (in various project of the company) along with a dedicated project of the company. Dislikes

Not so much but I will be more happy if the company provides medical insurance for employee and their family. If there is any leave enhancement policy for permanent employee then it would be great.
