I work as a manager of managers and I love the fact that the top management truly fosters a free and encouraging work culture where opinions can be expressed freely. This applies to all levels in the OS both horizontally and vertically. Anybody can share an idea and it is objectively reviewed by the management and given due weightage. Another major advantage is how approachable and humane the top management is. Personal life and circumstances are always considered and working conditions are extremely flexible so that no employee feels constricted or suffocated. If it is found that any manager or TL exercises an oppressive stance, there is quick intervention and immediate resolution. Management and seniors are really helpful. One can learn and explore various technology if s/he is dedicated enough. The people in the company are nice. There are no office politics. Culturally, this is a good place to be.
Annual salary hikes are on the average/low side. I would suggest the management to look into that. This certainly boosts the morale of the people working hard here. Apart from this, all looks fine for now. No one know the future :)
