My Self Mohammad Suhail I have been working for 1.5 years. I am very pleased to have healthy work culture and cooperative team members. The best thing is that they allow employees to work independently and explore their forte area and utilize them in the growth of the company as well as of the employees.

Management and seniors are really helpful. One can learn and explore various technology if s/he is dedicated enough. The people in the company are nice. There are no office politics. Culturally, this is a good place to be.
Annual salary hikes are on the average/low side. I would suggest the management to look into that. This certainly boosts the morale of the people working hard here. Apart from this, all looks fine for now. No one know the future :)

I didn't know much about Capital Numbers before I joined. But the work culture they provide, open and transparent, allow you to learn, evolve and be better. You are always appreciated for a good work done. HRs are extremely friendly, as well as, the higher management is easily reachable.
