We are always kind and empathetic towards every female staff well being and health and that's why we believe work from home was granted to you as you were unable to function physically. We also want to stress that Front Desk Executive job is a multitasking one where one has to be present physically it cannot be executed on a remote basis for a very longer period of time.

Management and seniors are really helpful. One can learn and explore various technology if s/he is dedicated enough. The people in the company are nice. There are no office politics. Culturally, this is a good place to be.
Annual salary hikes are on the average/low side. I would suggest the management to look into that. This certainly boosts the morale of the people working hard here. Apart from this, all looks fine for now. No one know the future :)

You are always appreciated for a good work done. HRs are extremely friendly, as well as, the higher management is easily reachable.
