I feel very very delighted to work here. My team mates, higher officials and Managers are very supportive. By working here, I'm able to build a good future. Flexible work timings. Company is always open to suggestions. Thank you Capital Finserve for providing such a fabulous opportunity.

Dislikes

At first it was hard to understand things and felt Management was very strict. But as days passed by, I understood everything was for my own good. If management was not strict, I would have not developed or improved my skills. Now I got adapted and Management is very friendly

I thank Capital finserve for the opportunity to work here. It is an awesome working experience. It was very challenging at first but as days proceed I started to understand the work and it is very enjoyable. The challenges that i went through increased my confidence. I wish and hope that my bond with the company and colleagues remains same forever.

Dislikes

The only suggestion that I would tell the company is they can consider to give leave on alternate Saturdays.

First of all my heart felt thanks to Capital Finserve for giving me this wonderful opportunity to work. I feel awesome for working in this company. Everyday I learn a lot of new things. When I feel down my colleagues and higher officials boost me up. They provide the necessary motivation, when I lag in work. Peaceful Infrastructure to work.

Dislikes

They follow strict work timings. That's the only thing that I dislike here.

The best part I like here is timings, its 9 to 5. It's Good for me. I like to work here because of the high standards that company always follows. Highly organized. feel happy to work.

I am very happy with capital finserve. Each month I earned 25000 and above salary and 5000 incentives. I get full loaded Training in credit management. I am waiting for my increment and post of Benchmark Coordinator.In my mind I have a good job.Thanks to capital finserve.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
