At first it was hard to understand things and felt Management was very strict. But as days passed by, I understood everything was for my own good. If management was not strict, I would have not developed or improved my skills. Now I got adapted and Management is very friendly

I thank Capital finserve for the opportunity to work here. It is an awesome working experience. It was very challenging at first but as days proceed I started to understand the work and it is very enjoyable. The challenges that i went through increased my confidence. I wish and hope that my bond with the company and colleagues remains same forever.

The only suggestion that I would tell the company is they can consider to give leave on alternate Saturdays.

I am very happy with capital finserve. Each month I earned 25000 and above salary and 5000 incentives. I get full loaded Training in credit management. I am waiting for my increment and post of Benchmark Coordinator.In my mind I have a good job.Thanks to capital finserve.
