Full of racist people. Only North Indian people join this organisation. Only one person for name sake they take south indian. Salary and designation also depends on region. Saturday and Sunday working. No time limit. Health gone for toss. No ethics in management. Worst company guys don't join this organisation.

Personally i felt it was a wonderful journey to the core but the only thing to disappointed me was Off role description for an F&V Quality Controller.

Dislikes

Management team needs an upgrade. Highly amateur manager, racist, Hinduphobic, anti nationalist teammates and member who have a track record of dooming processes in their previous organization lead the environment making it toxic and hard to survive.

In starting phase , I get promoted 2 times in a year from picker to Store manager. Learn a lot from there

Got opportunity for area manager in night where i have to observe and take up 50 store in Delhi NCR but got hold this time due to some reasons

I like the most thing is team work that all the department interact and work together and every department is interlinked with each other that make the team spirit for the upgrading of our company and I'm proud to work in the swiggy

Some of the processes that are not required and some of the process are removed that are needed and I think the employee opinion is must so that the ground level employee know the work what happened in the ground level and the asm are better than sm I am saying because they are involved in all the tasks, But the sm are involved in only some of the task that make the some what efforts less

If any customer files a wrong complaint, then at that time we do not have any option to tell whether this is a fake complaint due to which our complaint gets increased and the refund amount also increases.
