It was a good to work in this comany. We will get good opertunities and we can show our talent in any were. Some times the work pressure is high at the time we need to strutch our hours. Also handling the emails or calls from clients which will get continuosly.

Work Details

My work is handling the higher level Escalations through emails and responding back to clients and other suppliers. Cases which will assign by manager or team lead I will work within the SLA. Doing the daily report and sending it to mangers and clients.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
