I worked for the company on contract basis for 6 months. I liked the mangers over there, there is a growth prospective. If you know whee to find it.

The work pressure is high. Due to which you don't have a social life, Some of the managers are hard to work with. If you are an workaholic than this company is good. As its a new company, it needs to change few of the policies if it wants to grow in the business enterprise. But all around it was an ok kind of experience. If someone asked me to rate the company between 1-5, than i will give 2 for everything.....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
