Salary timely comes and good as they buy you with it and make you work as per their convenience beyond office hours. Interviews are great as you don’t get to know what is the reality.

Dislikes

In a short period of time I realised how I got deceived during the interview as the reality hits you once you are here. Leadership shouts on unnecessary things, as a PM people don’t listen to you, business platform still at very nascent stage. Discuss with someone before you join here.

Dynamic environment. I have developed more no of components and suppliers in last 1 year than my entire 7-8 years of career before CAPGRID. Management gives full autonomy to operate which we don't have in manufacturing companies.
