Direct access with a large number of members of trade and industry incl. Govt. Officials, Embassy Officials for export promotional work and overseas visits.

Dislikes

Managing Committee of the Council does not respect Govt. rules & regulations, acts in arbitrary manner and not free from regional discrimination, nepotism, favouritism, etc. Some members of the Committee do not want to vacate or retire from the Committee with the sole intention to grab the seat for life long. The election process isan eye wash and whenever any new member wants to enter into the fray, all out efforts are made to force or persuade the member to withdraw nomination. The main intention is to win election unopposed. Such life time members of the Committee generally take undue financial advantage from the Council. The Council's internal administration is too bad because some Committee members tries to protect a few staff or Officer for personal gain....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
