The company has nice working culture and employees to work freely, Also good support from the seniors. In our company Many cultural and sports events are organized by the Higher officials and enjoyed by employees. The company uses the latest technology to ease work done. And there are many such good things but these are my major points.

For me, there is no dislike in working at CapeStart

As a Support Analyst at CapeStart will respond to user queries and help requests, which are arrived through email or IT help desktop. Support Analyst also manages the flow of the requests which are incoming and resolve issues.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
