The company has a proper Ambiance and they have good projects where employee will enjoy to work

Dislikes

1. The company management is poor, very poor. The delivery manager will speak bad words in front of you, which is not a proper way to talk to their employees. 2. They are not allowing us to play songs in the speaker, they always tells us to shut down, even though there is no client call is ongoing. 3. The appraisal is giving on the basis of your behaviour not on your work performance. 4. The management is asking a girl regarding her family(common dude have some sense what to ask in the management level) 5. Manager can eat tobacco in his cabin even though it is not allowed to eat in the floor, they always found them on the manager's desk, and as per the company policy if any one finds eating then they have to pay fine, but CEO is not taking any action. 6. One of my colleague has some health issues & due to his daily treatment, they fired him because he was jot working that fast, and after firing him, the manager have say very bad thing about him with out even understanding the situation of that person. 7. The manager is forcing the person to change the field, like that person was html game developer, has given to build Unity games and after unity they told him to move to Constructor game engine. 8. They are not giving you overtime as well, after so much of mail & messages to the HR they are Providing 1 day holiday. If the same thing which has done by the other dedicated employees then they are getting next day approval from HR. 9. Idk when they have organised trip like last was in 1947 or what and they are promising to take you to GOA as a trip around 2-3 years ago but still.... 10. Salaries are not getting credited in timely, like they credit the salary on 13 or 15 of the month as well....Read More
