All thing is good like work environment, culture, teammates are very supportive but there is a isuue with sallery and increment I'm working since 2.8 yrs and stiĺl my sallery is 10200 only in comparison with operator they will getting more than me. I have done my B.tech degree but after 3 yrs my sallery is still 10k.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
