Dislikes

Dislike is the culture of HR IS VERY POOR Hr is not care employee benefits and compensation even they dont do any survey( is the employee is good condiation is they are facing any issues in projects ) While employee leaving,or resign from project even termination. They hold the salary and not given to employee.even employee calls they even take the call no replay

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
