Good Job Security, Work culture OK-Average employee care and bachelors accom facilities, Management is OK, salaries 2 month delay, labour and supplier payment 2 months delay.

Dislikes

Salaries currently 2 month delay, Contractor & supplier payment 2 month delay, Good job security, Slow career growth, Apprisal is OK but given same fixed % on prorata basis to everybody. Stressful work environment due to limited staff. Low worklife balance.

Co-operative nature of all employees. HO to Site good correlation. Techno+managmnt ppl are trying good to raise organisation.

Dislikes

Poor in Salary growth...poor in site level promotions atleast. Very Poor in transfer process. Unethical exit system we have to beg for months to get experience letter.
