Executive management/ Directors are bound to involve with site affairs unwillingly in pressure of clients, which creates conflicts with middle management as well lower management, because of the absence of matching of thought process, likeliness etc etc. However it's very common phenomenon that's there will be certain gap in bridging of concept and frequency. Here Top management should be at the top of pivot to approach, present or report to directors. But it's the common culture I am witnessing, because of low performance of project clients are directly approachable even up to MD. Earlier in industry very seldom any clients, even any part of middle management could reach up to the Directors. As result there was a presence of harmony and please and balance.
