Executive management/ Directors are bound to involve with site affairs unwillingly in pressure of clients, which creates conflicts with middle management as well lower management, because of the absence of matching of thought process, likeliness etc etc. However it's very common phenomenon that's there will be certain gap in bridging of concept and frequency. Here Top management should be at the top of pivot to approach, present or report to directors<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. - Salary late by 2 to 3 months. - No respect for employee. - Management expects on time result but don't want to provide resources. - No proper internal communication. - Client keeps complaining in every weekly meeting but management don't take any actions. - Appraisal not happening according to work and dedication</mark>. If you get offer letter from other company and you resigned from Capacit'e then only you get appraisal. - Shameless management. - No work-life balance. - Management can ask to resign with immediate effect if they found you are not more useful for the project. - In short, no proper approach to work done, no proper approach for employee. It's a worst company to work. There is really nothing i can like about it.

Work environment, job security career growth, appraisal, work-life balance all thing are worst in Capacit'e. Every project is managed by with old uneducated people doing politics and pressurising all staff everytime. You have to forget personal life when you start working in this firm. Every project site timings are strictly 8.30am in morning and evening minimum 8.30pm (mostly 10pm). HR department is not supportive and that is the reason there are always new people joining and living organisation hence you will always find walk in interviews and vacancies available....Read More
