Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Good Company to work for. Very well established management & good culture. You can learn much from the seniors on professional etiquette for self career development. Saturday & Sunday fixed off, Annual performance bonus is satisfactory, Heath insurance policy includes All family members irrespective of age bracket & it does not deduct any amount from Gross Salary. Even you can opt your father/mother in law's through corporate insurance which is a good benifit. Recently company has made organizational restructuring that laid off some managerial roles. The job security which was a good suggestion for this company but now it's not like that. Foreign tours on target achievement is very limited for the employees (Particularly in Service Division).

Few Senior members have made this company a lala company. They treat this company as their property. They can taunt anybody, supress every opinion, question even if it's not even related,get personal whenever they feel like and there's nobody to stop them
