Nothing at all!! The worst company you can ever work for. Toxic work culture and HR is a puppet in the hands of the management. Management says take this person out (because one manager does not like that person), and the HR for no good reason would do everything to throw that employee out for no good reason. Sachin Dutta - A manager who is made the coo (he does not even deserve a designation in capitals, he’s that bad) because he is good at buttering. He does not know anything about business, processes and execution. His own DR’s know this very well, but cannot do much because the CEO wants someone foolish for this role so that his position is safeguarded and there is no one who can replace him. A COO should have good people skills, should be inspirational, but he is a BIG ZERO at all this. Kiran Yadav - The HR is a puppet in the hands of the management. If Sachin Dutta does not like an employee, the HR would do anything to throw that employee out for no good reason.
