Dear Friends, I want to share my terrible experience during my period in Canfin Homes LTD which I hope it is useful to everyone. 1 Work - Life Balance:- Company have work time between 10 AM- 5.30 PM but they won't leave you from office even if it's 9PM. 2 Salary and Benefits:- They have wonderful Salary system which is not for applicable for newly hired employees. Variable pay is mandatory 25% of from your salary. It also be mandatory even when you're on your probation period. Due to variable pay, you can't get expected hike from your proposed company when you have an idea to jump for better offer.
