There is nothing to like about it.

Dislikes

Its an outsourcing company. Salary credited on 5th of the month .leave policy is worst . They give 10 /year Even though the client provides 20-30 leaves /year. There is no bench system . Once your project get closed you will be asked to leave .Last day of the project will be your last working tin company. And the list goes on .

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Working with Cams was good. You will learn more things about mutual funds in dept. I was in outbound where you need to do sales , in this way where u can interact a no of investors this will reduce your stage fear. Ull gain more confidence. it is a desk job.
