It’s a better place to work as a technical person. Have lot of new technologies implemented here. Salary is better as market standards.

Dislikes

From management side, only few can understand the employee situation and few or not interested to think about employees. If they everyone started to think about everyone it’s a best place to work.

Very Low Salary after appraisal also no good hike. No Scope of Higher Level of Promotion only those get promoted who is good at "chaatna". No budget they have to do celebrations in diwali or any functions throughout the year

My name is Sohag Majee I worked in CAMS for four years, I was forced to resign,HR Shivamani and HR Namrata are forcing employees to resign and blackmailing them to resign or CAMS will blacklist them from getting further job,so out of fear many employees have resigned, this is cheap company politics and people like these are destroying the company, strict action should be taken against them.

I like nothing about CAMS.. Full politics and the disgusting thing is even the Juniors will influence u with the politics thinking they are the big shot and production machine in the team but they are not… they are “0” and they cant even survive if they relieve from CAMS. The managers should act as a bridge between the management and the team mates. But here the managers will insist us to follow the management rules even it is not legible to follow as per the Govt rules....Read More

Good environment , but Infrastructure not good. Chairs are not comfortable to sit and work. Always airconditioner problem.

Too much of favoritism, no proper career growth path, Wasting leadership time in the name of long hours in person meeting. None of the leaders have their voice heard. No clear vision for the organization and the defined path to achieve. Ad hoc decision without considering long term plan
