Full politics and the disgusting thing is even the Juniors will influence u with the politics thinking they are the big shot and production machine in the team but they are not… they are “0” and they cant even survive if they relieve from CAMS. The managers should act as a bridge between the management and the team mates. But here the managers will insist us to follow the management rules even it is not legible to follow as per the Govt rules....Read More

Zero stress it also depends upon the process you are put into. But in maximum process the work is stress free. You will enjoy good work life balance, work culture is also good. They celebrate each and every festival whole heartedly its a good company for freshers
