Much to learn on mutual funds. Skill development motivation available. This is only available at Chennai Head Office

Dislikes

Cams Hyderabad ok but, too much of favoritism given to certain employees who have come through recommendation. One man show by the current D.M. who insults & humiliates. He doesn't know the work culture & treats employees badly.

Work Details

Interacting with AMC & investors on their queries. Handling calls & take up responsibility. To monitor work & finish according to deadlines.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
