Job insecurity , too many changes/ Resignation at higher level . Also when good performance is not recognized & behavior towards good performance or function is not good we as function & employee level feel insecure. Good talent going out & no focus from HR to define function wise clear roles.

Purchase department is worst, You will meet a egoistic lady *Babita biswas*. Many persons around 10 have left in the organization in previous 5-6 months due to bad behaviour of this lady who heads the department. She torture the new joiners as slave.
