I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Likes

Favoritism is there among managers and team members between Desi employees. Not much scope from technical perspective and hard working employees are not recognized properly as per my experience.

Dislikes

Relationship within the team and favoritism, especially happening with Desi employees. No Proper timing followed by Desi employees.
