Training was good and culture also good manager also humble and fresher start carrer there is starting salary may be 6.5 k

Work overload salary very less she give salary experience and fresher candidate same salary no increment there if you work 2-3 years you will be increment just (500) sorry to say that this reality and when joining cameo after training completing she not provide you (Offer letter, pay slips) if you work more than 1 year he not provide you pay slips and experience letter she mentioned just like a training course completion she not mentioned experienced and what was the position my last salary is 8k sometime he give me 7.5 because i am taken 1 day leave 500 cutoff very worst company highly recommended to search best comapny...Read More

I joined the organisation in 2015 as a front office and resigned, again I joined in 2021 as a front office under the guidance of Kamal sir, in 6 months I got promoted as an admin executive by Kamal sir. Every day in standup meetings he used to teach us how to improve our skills and how to handle the situation of officials and personnel. Many other department female employees shared with me that they want to work in admin under the leadership of kamal sir. He is not only my boss and he is like my father as well.
