The company is open to innovation and views of front runner . if their is no interference of you line manager.

It is the place were the top heads like VP and head of departments and the HR , should have meeting every half yearly . because of certain line managers the business had lost and the front runner loses his / her confidence . And he/ she is not recognized their by their works , been welcome is given to them who are pampering them.
